Please note that this Policy does not apply to services directly provided to you by other third parties through the aforementioned web pages or applications (collectively referred to as "Third-Party Services").
For example, location-based features achieved through the Baidu positioning function within the Beam Dance application are services provided by third-party service providers. Information you provide to
such third-party service providers is not governed by this Policy. Before choosing to use any Third-Party Services, you should fully understand their product functionalities and privacy protection policies, and
then decide whether to enable such features.
Before using our products or services, please read this Policy carefully and thoroughly to ensure you fully understand its terms. By checking or clicking the "Agree" option, you acknowledge that you have fully
read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in its entirety.

Part I: Definitions
· Personal Information: Refers to any information recorded electronically or by other means that can identify a specific natural person, either alone or in combination with other information, or reflects the activities of a specific natural person.
· Sensitive Personal Information: Refers to personal information that, if leaked, illegally provided, or misused, may endanger personal or property safety, and is highly likely to lead to damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment. This includes identification numbers, mobile phone numbers, etc.
· Deletion of Personal Information: Refers to the act of removing personal information from systems involved in daily business functions, rendering it irretrievable or inaccessible.
· Anonymization of Personal Information: The technical process of handling personal information so that the personal information subject cannot be identified, and the processed information cannot be restored.
Part II: Legal Statement
I. Intellectual Property Rights
The Beam Dance logo is our registered trademark in China and other countries. Without our prior written authorization, no one may display, use, or otherwise handle it (including but not limited to copying,
disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading), nor may they indicate to others that they have the right to display, use, or otherwise handle it.
All intellectual property rights in Beam Dance's products, services, technologies, and all applications or their components/functions/names (hereinafter or collectively referred to as "Technical Services") belong
to us or their respective right holders. Unless otherwise stated, we own all rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and all other related rights) to the content,
including but not limited to text, graphics, images, photos, audio, video, icons, colors, layout designs, and electronic documents.
Without our permission, no one may arbitrarily use the aforementioned content (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, rebroadcasting, displaying, mirroring, uploading, or cut out any content
within the application through programs or devices). Those authorized to browse, copy, print, and disseminate information content within our products and services may not use such content for commercial
purposes, and all use of such information content or any part thereof must include this rights statement.
II. Limitation of Liability
Beam Dance users voluntarily upload and provide related information on the Beam Dance mobile application, including but not limited to user names, company names, contacts and their information,
related pictures, and news. Such information is provided solely by the users, and Beam Dance users bear full legal responsibility for the information they provide.
Our purpose in disseminating more information is to provide better services to Beam Dance users, which does not mean that Beam Dance endorses the views or confirms the authenticity of the content.
Beam Dance hereby reminds you that during your use of Beam Dance products and services, you shall comply with the laws of the People's Republic of China, not endanger network security, and not use
Beam Dance products and services to engage in activities that infringe upon the reputation, privacy, intellectual property, and other legitimate rights and interests of others.
Notwithstanding the foregoing reminder, Beam Dance assumes no responsibility for the purposes and objectives of your use of Beam Dance products and services.
Part III: Privacy Policy
This section of the Policy will help you understand the following:

· How we use Cookies and similar technologies;
· How we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information;
· How we protect your personal information.
I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
(I) How We Collect Your Information
To provide you and Beam Dance users with quality services, maintain the normal operation of Beam Dance services, improve and optimize our service experience, and ensure the security of your account,
we will collect information that you actively provide, authorize to provide, or provide based on the requirements of the enterprise organization you belong to during registration and use of Beam Dance
services, as well as information generated from your use of Beam Dance services, for the purposes and in the ways described below in this Policy:
1. Information Generated from Registering as a Beam Dance User
To register as a Beam Dance user and enable us to provide you with basic Beam Dance services, such as Beam Dance messaging for communication, you need to provide your mobile phone number and
SMS verification code to register and create a Beam Dance account. Otherwise, you will not be able to use Beam Dance services. After registering as a Beam Dance user, you must further provide basic
information such as your name, profile picture, nickname, gender, date of birth, work location, and email address.
After registering as a Beam Dance user, you may modify your personal information.
When a user within your mobile application deregisters a Beam Dance account, we will anonymize or delete your related personal information within that organization. After you actively deregister your
Beam Dance account, we will stop providing Beam Dance services to you and delete your personal information or anonymize it as required by applicable laws.
For the Beam Dance account deregistration process, you can follow the prompts on the interface after logging into the latest version of the Beam Dance application.
2. Information Collected During Your Use of Beam Dance Services
While you are using Beam Dance services, in order to provide you with Beam Dance smart hardware and/or software services, interactive displays, search results that better suit your needs, identify
abnormal account status, maintain the normal operation of Beam Dance services, improve and optimize your experience with Beam Dance services, and ensure your account security, we collect information
about your use of Beam Dance services and your usage patterns, and associate this information:
1. Device Information: When registering/logging into your account, you need to provide your mobile phone number and verification code. When using the App service, you need to provide your mobile
phone number as your account login name. During login, third-party SDKs also need to collect your hardware serial number and unique device identifiers (android_id, MAC address, IMEI, IMSI, SIM serial
number) to verify your account and password for login completion. If you refuse to provide your mobile phone number, verification code, and password, you may not be able to successfully register/login
to the App account. Based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use, we receive and record information related to the device you use (such as device model, operating
system version, device settings, unique device identifiers, and other software/hardware characteristic information), information related to the device's location (such as IP address, GPS/BeiDou location
information, Baidu Map geographic location information (SDK of com.baidu.location), and sensor information from Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth, and base stations that can provide relevant information).
2. Sensor Information: With your authorization, we will use location-related information pertinent to this service (such as precise location information, WLAN access points, Bluetooth and base stations,
sensor information) to ensure the quality of content or services. Precise location information is sensitive personal information. If you refuse to authorize location permissions, it may affect the accuracy of
positioning but will not affect the normal use of other functions and services. When you use video recording or photography-related functions, we will obtain acceleration device sensor information to
determine the shooting angle of your phone.
3. Log Information: When you use the products or services provided by our client, we automatically collect detailed information about your use of our services, which is saved as relevant network logs.
3. Information When Administrators Grant Account Permissions
When a Beam Dance administrator chooses to activate an account and grants a user the role of a member account for managing personal Beam Dance accounts within their enterprise, we will collect
information and data you submit or generate during the use of related member account functions/applications within that Beam Dance enterprise (hereinafter referred to as "Enterprise Control Data").
Enterprise Control Data may include: submitted or generated information, such as name, mobile phone number; information you provide by submitting a company name, store address, and inputting
related photos; information you provide by submitting a store name, uploading store-related pictures or information, etc.
You understand and agree that the Beam Dance enterprise administrator is the controller of the Enterprise Control Data. Beam Dance only manages and uses your personal account information/data
according to the enterprise's requirements.
4. Information Collected for Providing Security Safeguards
To prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, infringement, security threats, illegal activities, or violations of agreements, policies, or rules with us or our affiliated companies, we may collect or integrate
your user personal information, service usage information, device information, log information, and information obtained by our affiliated companies or partners with your authorization or as permitted
by law.
5. Collection of Information for Other Purposes
If we collect your information for other specific purposes not covered in this Policy, we will inform you and obtain your consent in advance.
The purpose of collecting and using the aforementioned information is to better operate Beam Dance products and services. We will notify you of such purposes via methods including but not limited to
email, phone calls, or text messages.
If we cease operation of Beam Dance products or services, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information. We will notify you 30 days in advance via an announcement regarding the cessation
of operations, and delete or anonymize your personal information we hold in accordance with applicable laws.
(II) How We Use Information
The collection of your personal information is aimed at providing services to you and improving service quality. To achieve this purpose, we will use your information for the following uses:
To provide you with the Beam Dance products or services you use, and to maintain, improve, and optimize these services and your service experience.
II. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
To provide you with a more convenient access experience, when you use Beam Dance products or services, you agree that we may collect and store data related to your visits to Beam Dance services using
various technologies. When you visit or revisit Beam Dance services, we can recognize your identity and provide you with better and more services by analyzing the data. This includes using small data files
to identify you, which is done to understand your usage habits, save you the step of repeatedly entering account information, or help determine the security of your account. These data files may be Cookies
or other local storage provided by your browser or associated applications (collectively referred to as "Cookies").
Please understand that some of our services can only be implemented by using Cookies. If your browser or browser add-on services allow, you can modify your acceptance level of Cookies or reject
Beam Dance's Cookies. However, rejecting Beam Dance's Cookies may, in some cases, prevent you from using parts of Beam Dance services that rely on cookies.
III. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Information
(I) Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual outside of Beam Dance service providers, except in the following circumstances:
· Sharing with your consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we may share your personal information with other parties.
· Sharing under statutory circumstances: We may share your personal information as required by laws and regulations, for litigation dispute resolution, or as requested by administrative or judicial authorities
according to law.
1. To provide requested third-party products and services: Disclosing your information is necessary to provide the third-party products and services you request, such as:
· When you use Baidu location services, you agree that the location service provider may obtain your geographic location information solely for the purpose of providing the location service. When using
Baidu location-related services, in addition to complying with this Policy, you need to read and comply with agreements and rules such as the "Privacy Policy" and "Service Terms".
· If, as a Beam Dance enterprise administrator, you choose to activate, manage, and use third-party application services through the Beam Dance App Market, you agree that Beam Dance will provide the
third-party application service provider with basic personal information (such as UserID, avatar, nickname) and basic permissions of users within your enterprise organization. Otherwise, you will not be able to
use the third-party application services. When activating and using third-party application services, you need to read, fully understand, and comply with the product features and privacy protection policies of
the third-party services.
2. To handle infringement complaints: When you are reported by others for infringing intellectual property rights or other legal rights, it is necessary to disclose your necessary information to the complainant
to handle the complaint.
3. Links to other websites: If Beam Dance services contain links to other websites. Unless otherwise provided by law, Beam Dance is not legally responsible for the privacy protection measures of other
websites. We may add commercial partners when needed, but only aggregate information will be provided to them. We will not disclose your personal information.
(II) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:
· Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we may transfer your personal information to other parties.
(III) Public Disclosure
We will only publicly disclose your personal information under the following circumstances:
· With your explicit consent or based on your active choice, we may publicly disclose your personal information.
· If we determine that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously violated relevant Beam Dance agreements/rules, or to protect the personal and property safety of Beam Dance, its affiliated
companies' users, or the public from infringement, we may disclose your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations or relevant Beam Dance agreements/rules with your consent,
including related violations and measures Beam Dance has taken against you.
(IV) Exceptions to Obtaining Prior Authorization and Consent for Sharing, Transferring, or Publicly Disclosing Personal Information
In the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing your personal information does not require prior authorization and consent from you:
· Related to national security and national defense security;
· Related to public security, public health, and significant public interests;
· Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments, etc.;
· For safeguarding the life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals, but where it is difficult to obtain consent from the individual;
· Personal information that you have disclosed to the public on your own;
· Personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as lawful news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels.
Please note that according to legal provisions, sharing or transferring anonymized personal information, ensuring that the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the personal information subject,
does not constitute external sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information. The storage and processing of such data will not require separate notification to you or your consent.
IV. How We Protect Your Information
We will take various preventive measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. To ensure the security of your personal
information, we have strict information security regulations and procedures, and a dedicated information security team that strictly enforces the above measures within the company.
We will take reasonably feasible measures to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information and will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this
Policy and as required by applicable laws and regulations. In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will inform you in accordance with legal requirements (no later than 30
natural days): the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks, and remedies for you.
We will inform you of the incident-related situation via email, letter, phone call, notification, etc. When it is difficult to inform each information subject individually, we will issue an announcement in a
reasonable and effective manner. Simultaneously, we will report the handling of the personal information security incident to regulatory authorities as required.
V. Protection of Minors
We value the protection of minors' information. If you are a minor, please have your parent or guardian read this Privacy Policy carefully and use our services or provide information to us only with the
consent of your parent or guardian. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor, before helping the minor register or use related services or products, you should read and thoroughly understand this Policy.
After confirming full understanding and agreement, help the minor use the related products or services. Regarding the collection of minors' personal information with the consent of parents or guardians,
we will only use, share, transfer, or disclose this information when permitted by laws and regulations, with the explicit consent of the parent or guardian, or when necessary to protect the minor.
